The clamp locking system is similar to that used by German manufacturers and it is the one originally used by Escher Mixers for the removable bowl machines. Strong clamps actuated by two hydraulic pistons are used to close the trolley. Bowl insertion is facilitated and accompanied by the clamps. The drive unit is easy to access and facilitates adjustment of the friction wheels. The bowl drive and motion have been upgraded by the use of two friction heels.
They are installed on the base of the bowl to prevent any contact whatsoever with the dough. The mixer has been designed for industrial uses and for all types of dough. The machine can be completed by a wide range of optional accessories.
